Course Outline
3 Recorded lectures
Topics will be related to interpersonal neurobiology, polyvagal theory, personality types/archetypes, systems thinking, concept of multiplicity and parts/IFS, trauma informed care, practical clinical and personal skill building, integration of the physical, mental, emotional somatostates, practical homework for yourself and your clients
3 Two hour sessions
Combination of lecture, demonstration, practice session, meditation, and writing prompts.
